SEIKO Precision has discontinued the sales of the dot matrix printer product line under the SEIKO Precision brand name in Europe as of May 31st, 2010. SEIKO Precision (Europe) GmbH has selected SEIKO Instruments GmbH to operate as its logistics service provider. The central European warehouse has been relocated from Hamburg to Raunheim (close to Frankfurt/Main Airport) as of April 30st, 2010 and as of June 30th, 2010 the European head office of SEIKO Precision (Europe) GmbH has been relocated to Neu-Isenburg also.

To avoid any misunderstanding – please note that ONLY THE EDP PRINTER PRODUCTS AS WELL AS THE TIME SERVERS HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED. All other products are still available and also the supply with consumables and repair services have been secured and will be provided by SEIKO Precision and its official distributors in the future. You will continue to receive invoices and delivery notes from SEIKO PRECISION (Europe) GmbH stating our legal address in Neu-Isenburg. Please send orders to our NEW office address in Neu-Isenburg ONLY! Please continue to pay our invoices into the bank accounts stated on our invoices and NOT into any other accounts! It is also not possible to pay SEIKO Precision invoice amounts into or via SEIKO Instruments accounts.
