Higher Print Speed

We have just discovered a typing mistake in the BP-9000 plus
datasheet that posted a much lower printing speed than what
the printer is really capable of.

The correct numbers for the printing speed are as follows:

Super Speed Draft : 1000 characters per second ( cps)

Speed Draft (12 cpi ) 864 cps
(mistakingly posted 674 cps)

Draft Pica ( 10 cpi ) 720 cps
(mistakinkly posted 564 cps )

HQDR Pika (10 cpi ) 360 cps
NLQ Pica ( 10 cpi ) 240 cps
LQ Pica (10 cpi ) 180 cps

Throughput Draft Pica ( 10 cpi ) 710 pages per hour
( mistakinkly posted 665 pages per hour )

Note:
Please note that this is not due to a " Speed UP " or similar change
in the printer hard -or software but simply due to the correction
of a typing mistake in the (old) data sheet. So even SEIKO BP-9000 Plus
printers that were sold and shipped during the last 3 years roughly
are already capable of these printing speeds.
The data sheed available for download here from the web has just been changed, correct shortly.
We are asking our distributors and dealers kindly to notify their customers about this fact.
Please check the file copy of the data sheet which you might have downloaded here from our web site in the past.
The current file shows the accurate data.
