QR-375

The QR-375 is one of the best selling models made by SEIKO PRECISION, a robust but affordable calculating time recorder which can record the IN/OUT time for up to 50 employees and will give you the elapsed work time and weekly or monthly accumulation per employee. Weekly programs can be set for fix-time, flex-time or part-time. Time registration and accumulation (partly or full) in 4 columns and 32 lines on coded timecards.


The total accumulated working time calculation within the pay period (week
or month) makes the payroll preparation easy. Specially coded timecards
allow for unlimited daily IN/OUT registrations if so desired. Backlit LCD display with indication of Time, Date, weekday and print column. Motorized card feed and eject with card front / back side recognition for monthly cards, automatic daylight saving time (D.S.T.) adjustment. After power connection fully operational.


Information on timecard:

Registration of the Month
Date, alternatively weekday Mo - Su
Attention mark "!" for late IN or early OUT punching (flex-time violation)
Attention mark "*" for IN/OUT registration outside of the programmed working time window in fix-time programs. This time will be ignored for the Sum.

Second IN/OUT registration per workday (f.e. break during working time). In
the case of more IN/OUT registrations there will be additional accumulation
for this day.

Automated rounding:

Rounding of the working time:

For fix working time programs the daily working time can be set to 3, 5, 6,
10, 12, 15, 20 or 30 Minute rounding, meaning the accumulated working time
will be rounded for full 10 Min. Intervals up- or downwards.

Rounding of the punchtime:

For fix working time programs the IN/OUT registration can be set to 3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 20 or 30 Minute rounding, meaning the punching time itself will be rounded upwards to every full 5 Minute Intervals for the IN registration and rounded downwards to every full 5 Min. for the OUT registration.

Examples of the working time models supported by the QR-375:

1.) Fix working time - "Normal" program (same working hours every day, f.e.
Mon - Thu)

From the (assumed) working start time 07:30 hrs and end time 16:30 hrs the break times 09:00 - 09:15 hrs and 12:00 - 12.45 hrs will be deducted for every day so the resulting daily hours should be the same every day.

Thus, early punch IN or late punch OUT will not result in additional work hours for that particular day.



2.) Fix working time - "Special" program (short working hours for particular day, f.e. Friday)

From the (assumed) working start time 07:30 hrs and end time 12:30 hrs the break time 09:00 - 09:15 hrs will be deducted for this day, resulting in the daily working hours for this day.

Thus, early punch IN or late punch OUT will not result in additional work hours for that particular day.



3.) Flextime „Normal“ program (f.e. working start time between 07:00 until 07:30 hrs, working end time between 16:00 until 17:00 hrs)


Start time between 7:00 and 7:30 hrs, end time between 16:00 and
17:00 hrs. From the actual IN / OUT punch times within these time windows the actual effective working hours will be calculated under deduction of the programmed break times 9:00 - 9:15 hrs and 12:00 - 12:45 hrs.
IN / OUT punches before 7:00 hrs or after 17:00 hrs will not be considered for the calculation.



4.) Flextime „Special“ program (f.e. Wednesday: working start time between 07:00 until 08:00 hrs, working end time between 13:00 until 14:00 hrs)


Start time between 7:00 and 8:00 hrs, end time between 13:00 and
14:00 hrs. From the actual IN / OUT punch times within these time windows the actual effective working hours will be calculated under deduction of the programmed break time 9:00 - 9:15 hrs.
IN / OUT punches before 7:00 hrs or after 14:00 hrs will not be considered for the calculation.



5.) Part time „Normal“ programm (ANY IN / OUT registration within a 24 hour period, same working hours, valid for every employee)

Within one day every person can complete a max. 3 hours working time. Should the OUT punch result theoretically in more than 3 hours work time this “overtime” will not be accepted and not added to the 3 hours.
